What to expect at your first appointment.

In your first session with me, you can expect a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where we’ll explore your mental health history, current concerns, and goals for treatment. Together, we’ll begin developing a personalized care plan that may include therapy, lifestyle support, and medication management if appropriate.

What if my medication isn’t helping?

If you are struggling with medication side effects or concerns please reach out to info@wendisellers.com and a staff member will get back to you within 24 hours. If you are experiencing a medical emergency please call 911 or 988; or go to your nearest emergency room.

How frequent are appointments?

For most patients appointments are recommended monthly for medication management. However, in the early stages of treatment Wendi may recommend more frequent appointments to adjust doses if needed.
